I found there was a bit of yelling and comments passed which I thought were unnecessary and the music was very loud so had had to really raise my voice, during the consultation. I am very happy with the end result I love my hair so much. The other thing would be that we got out half an hour late and then was late for work. I wasn’t told if I was supposed to do anything with my hair at home or if there is any care things I need to do and I wasn’t quoted a price, but we did have to leave straight away so I could get to work. Overall it was a good experience, the person who was doing my hair was very polite and made good conversation. There were just those few things I mentioned above that could be improved for the future.
