We were created by Madame Baché in Paris, 1936, a revolutionary cosmetic chemist who believed just as we are genetically different, the same holds true of our skin.

Jasmine was a wonderful therapist my only comment would be needs more practice on extractions. It has never hurt like it did and the marks on my face I’ve never had after an extraction. I should have been under the steam for 5-10 mins prior to be extracted as this makes extracting easier. The rest of the service was good.

I have avoided having facials done by any beauty salon for sometime prior to this visit because I had felt belittled by some of the young staff at other salons. and This made the whole experience something I didn’t want to repeat. However Sophie at Ella Bache made me feel valuable and her down to earth manner relaxed me. Her professionalism was evident despite this relaxed manner and the whole experience was so different from previous treatments at other salons, as to be at the opposite end of the scale! I’ll be back!
