It had been many years since I had a facial and massage and the total relaxation was amazing. Charmaine even accommodated my odd request to take a photo when I looked my worst (as per attached photo) as the experience was only possible thanks to my work giving all employees Red Balloon vouchers for their 50th anniversary. Charmaine was calming and very good at what she did, the treatments were so amazing I found it hard to move afterwards as I was so relaxed.
