Absolutely amazing experience. Elif did my facial and she was kind, professional and gave me some really good skincare advice. I wasn’t sure what to expect as it was my first facial but she made me feel really comfortable. Will definitely be back:)

Really appreciate that I wasn't forced into buying any products, normally in the past when I've gotten facials (often after receiving gift vouchers as presents) it's very uncomfortable as the product upselling is non-stop. I also like that my therapist didn't talk throughout the facial; really allowed me to relax and not be on edge as I am an anxious person especially when it comes to salespeople trying to get me to buy things I cannot afford.

My therapist was INCREDIBLE! One of the best I have had for a wax in the Bayside area. She was so good at waxing, but a very welcoming and caring manner. She made me feel extremely comfortable, she did a fantastic job, and I can tell she is very experienced. I am so pleased I found someone local who I will return to regularly as “my” new therapist.
