Starfas Hair Design was established in 1985 by Peter Starfas on Chapel St. In 1998 Peter opened a salon in Wheelers Hill Shopping Centre where he stated until 2002. In 2010 Mel took over the family business, opened Starfas Hair Design in South Yarra Arcade, Toorak Rd. In May 2014 Starfas Hair Design relocated to Wheelers Hill Shopping Centre.

I have been going to another salon for years but the last time i went my hairdresser did a poor job and i left feeling very disappointed with breakage,uneven foils and a green tinge to my hair yet i’ve always had the same thing done each visit.To embrassed to complain i went to Starfas at Wheelers Hil and Anna did an amazing job fixing the color and giving me a new style.Looks like i’ve found myself a new hairdresser 😊Thanks Anna much appreciated
