I would like to commend all the girls who were working yesterday, particularly Lisa who was subjected to the rudest, most difficult client I have ever seen in your salon.I have been going there since 2000, so have seen a lot of clients there over that period. Throughout the entire time, Lisa remained calm ,polite and professional despite the fact that NOTHING pleased the client. Lisa showed maturity and courtesy beyond her years.[I might have been tempted to run the clippers over her head if I were in that situation!] At the same time, every other girl continued to look after the other clients quietly and professionally. You are very lucky to have the lovely staff you have Angela, and it was wonderful to see the leadership and support you offered Lisa when you came in. I was not the only person shocked by this woman's behavior, and I really do hope that I never witness something like this again...Most people go to the hairdresser for a little bit of pampering and "me" time, and just want to relax..... Well done all of you!
