Stephanie that conducted my service was very nice and a good operator. I got sick and tired of her having to keep on answering the phone. This was not professional in the slightest. You have an answering machine - use it! My time is important too and I felt that I was neglected with the continual answering of the phone - at least 8 times. Just not good enough
