I love seeing Britini and Cara for my hair. They are maticulous in their cut and colour methods explaining every aspect of the process. I truely feel pampered and am treated like a valuable human in the process. Thank you lovely girls.

I had the best experience at Daly Salon! Kelsey was friendly but still professional, giving me advice on how to style my hair, the best haircut for me and ways to up-style it. In addition, I mentioned I had an upcoming coloring appointment and she offered me advice that would suit both my aesthetic and budgetary needs. My appointment came out to $75 for a wash, cut and blowdry, which is extremely affordable compared to other salons, particularly for the quality of the service. Perhaps the only thing that could be improved was the fact that it didn't seem overly accessible as a salon, as I had to go upstairs to have my appointment. However, I did not go to the back of the salon so it is entirely possible that there were accommodations there.

I like the friendly and respectful environment at Daly Salon, especially Carla. Before starting to cut my hair she checks my expectations, listens, acts and asks for feedback throughout the process. When asked she is prepared to provide advice too. Always a pleasure to catch-up with her and be greeted by her cheerful nature. Today she was running late but that wasn’t an issue as I was contacted in a timely manner and a compromise was quickly worked out, no drama.

The team met me very warmly which was especially welcoming as I hadn’t visited for some time. Kelsey was very knowledgeable and professional. Consulting and advising - and the writing down of the quote before proceeding was very professional and appreciated. A very good experience and haircut!
