I came in after my hair was completely messed up by a friend’s failed attempt at layering, and Austin absolutely saved it! The atmosphere was professional yet warm, and from the moment I sat down, I felt an instant connection — he was not just a great hairdresser, but genuinely a new friend. Austin took the time to talk me through exactly what he was going to do, making sure we were always on the same page. He even showed me that I actually have wavy hair (who knew?!) and gave me a cut and style to suit it. He patiently explained how to care for it, since I’d never done that before. He checked and rechecked his work, taking incredible care and attention to detail. I went from hating my hair to being completely obsessed with it. I’m definitely coming back!
