I have been a customer of Cindy's for many years and have never entertained thoughts of changing this arrangement. Cindy and her staff always provide friendly, efficient and quality customer service. At the end of each year, following consultation to ensure I am happy with the dates and the hair care schedule, my appointments are booked for the entire next year (although appointments can be changed at any time to provide flexibility). I receive a reminder text the day prior to my appointment. I have no idea how to blow dry my hair into a "style". I wash my hair, run a comb through it and walk out the door and then run a brush through it when I arrive a work. Cindy is such a superb cutter that this quick brush styling once almost dry is all my hair needs - it just falls into place. I have manicures at a hair salon closer to home and the owner used my streaks (done by Cindy every 6 weeks)to show her staff the excellent technique and finish that can be achieved. I don't think there is much higher praise than that and I do encourage you to try out this salon.

Hair On Arden always provides a relaxed,fresh,clean atomsphere. All the staff are friendly & courteous, and are always there to make you feel comfortable. I have always nearly fallen asleep with their great head massages.I always feel calm & relaxed at my visits.

I have a very busy schedule like most people these days and the service I recieve at Hair on Arden is first class and always accommodating if I have limited time. I have been a customer here for 7 years and as a hairdresser myself I have always been very happy with my hair and the standard of service I recieve. Cheers Pip

I always look forward to my visit to Hair on Arden. From the minute you walk through the door, you are greeted and the peaceful atmosphere makes it a special time to relax and feel as if you are an important client. Every step of the treatment is explained and nothing is too much trouble from all the friendly staff. After I have my hair done I leave happy that all my wishes have been met. Best part is I get lots of compliments for weeks afterwards - the excellent cut keeps it's shape.

I have been a client for around 6 years and appreciate the consistently high quality service I get. I have only ever had one problem and it was minor dealt with professionally and courteously and it made me a long term fan. Well done Hair on Arden team!
