Comment
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Real Sonder, I left feeling pampered and happy with my new haircut. The staff were all very friendly and I appreciated their experience and expertise. Several nice touches such as a glass of water upon arrival, hot beverages, and scalp massage would make me eager to return. My only constructive feedback would be that there was a moment when my hairdresser had another staff member blow dry my hair as she spoke with a regular. While I can appreciate that both staff member did an equally beautiful job and that it makes regular customers feels seen and appreciated, I would have preferred continuity. Despite this trivial critique, I would happily return!
