Our newest edition "THE STYLE BAR" (located just around the corner from Seishin HQ) is perfect!!  


**Please note for all appointments 60min and longer will require a 50% deposit at time of booking. We please ask for 24hours notification to reschedule or cancel your appointment, otherwise will incur a 50% fee.  Missed appointments will incur a full fee of your booked appointment.

First time at this salon and the reception from staff wasn't very nice, a blonde girl with a face tattoo and poorly grown out blonde hair was quite rude. Claire was friendly and nice however she wasn't doing my brows I don't even know who it was who did my brows because she didn't really bother to introduce herself I think it was Kali now looking at the online booking pics. I must say a few of the workers do not look like they work in a beauty bar, I was quite concerned about how my brows would turn out after seeing the way they presented themselves, karli looked like she rolled out of bed and had crumbs on her shirt. The style bar comes across quite tacky and unkept. Definitely not a luxury service at all. I asked about brow mapping and I didn't get a response, said some people do and some don't. There needs to be consistency in training staff. I'm experienced in the beauty industry myself and you have a lot to fix in this salon.

I attended for an eyebrow tint. I arrived a minute or two early and there was a lot of people in the brow area. Someone said to take a seat. I couldn't get to a seat because of all the people. When the room cleared I took a seat. No-one spoke to me. One attendant was doing a brow and another was stocking a cupboard. After about 5 minutes I asked aloud if I should come back in 5 or 10 minutes since I didn't know who would be doing my tint and how much longer I would need to wait. The attendant doing the brow said no, she would be finished shortly. She was and then I was in and out of the chair in under 10 minutes. When I went to pay, I was told repeatedly to book early for any subsequent bookings before Christmas because they are very busy and there would definitely be no walk ins accepted. I felt like I was being talked down to. The atmosphere in the salon was not pleasant, it felt unfriendly and almost automated. I wasn't impressed with the service, with the lack of care and attention I received. My previous brow tint in Adelaide was 100% better looking. I have used this brow bar before and thought it was ok. Today, not so much.

1) The young lady was much more pleasant than the last lady. 2) I think you should check with clients if they’re happy to receive services from an apprentice first. 3) Why would it be okay to pay the same price for a service done by an unqualified person? Unless you’re paying them qualified rates of pay. I wasn’t sure after last time if I would return to Seishin. Today confirmed that I will be finding somewhere new.

The lady who delivered the service presented flat and in a low mood, at one point had a bit of a coughing fit and was constantly sniffing. If you are hovering over people’s faces and touching their face you should not be sick.
