Comment
I booked with a particular therapist because I was happy with her but was put with someone else without being consulted. It was a shock to find I wasn't with who I booked. It would be worth a quick phone call if you need to change the therapist and leave it up to the customer if they want to proceed or wait until they can see the therapist requested/booked with. Not a huge problem but it was disappointing to not be asked if that was ok.
