*CANCELLATION FEES: We please ask for 24hours notification to reschedule or cancel your appointment, otherwise you may incur a 50% of service fee. Missed appointments (NO SHOWS) will incur a full fee of your booked appointment plus full payment prior to rebooking.

I had an eyelash lift & tint done today. The procedure was explained well as I hadn't had one before, I felt comfortable and relaxed during my time there. I enjoyed chatting to my beauty therapist, who I would choose again when I rebook online, except I don't know her name. Perhaps I could suggest the name of the therapist be given when the confirmation text comes through or on arrival as an introduction. Seishin Spa is a lovely environment and I hope to make an effort to attend more often. For now I'm enjoying having mascara free weeks ahead :)
