A representative did my wax that I haven't had before. I wasn't happy with the overall bikini wax that I received as when I got home I saw that there were unremoved/visible hairs. Also the time that the wax took was double compared to other times I have had the wax done at the same centre. I will make sure that I ask for one of the other ladies who usually waxes me as im happy with the service they perform.
