I'm not very happy. When Ashika could not do saturday any more I was assigned an 18 year old junior hairdresser to do my blowdry. I had asked Ashika for a senior hairdresser like her. the blow dry I had saturday reflected the experience of an 18 year old who tried hard. I moved off Jess because she just did not have the experience to do a good blow dry. I gather I am not paying enough ($45 each week every 5 weeks and $190 for a colour, cut and blow dry every 6 weeks) to have a senior hairdresser or else you dont have any one else for 3.15 Saturday. thank you very much for sending the survey. I appreciate very much getting a chance to express my views. everything else but the blow dry is great and ashika was excellent. Phyllis
