First for attentive service, and a genuine desire to provide the best, second for an awareness of what is new in Colour, Cut and Style, third for involving the client ( ME !) in their professional opinions, fourth for a super efficient front desk/ appointment system, fifth for the talent of the the whole team and in particular my cut and colour guru, Richard King!
