My experience at Chameleon has been enjoyable, positive and Jane is a great hairdresser. However, I spent 3 hours and 45 minutes last Friday and it was far too long for the service provided. Part of the delay was caused by the heat lamp which was set too low, but there was too much down time and I noticed I was the last client to leave at 1.30 pm (having arrived at 9.45 am). I also thought that Jane might have been overbooked with clients that morning. My ideal timeframe is 2.5 hours max. If the service takes longer, it takes too much time out of my day which is unproductive time that could be used doing my shopping etc. Many thanks for considering my comments. Kindest regards, Lois
