During my last pregnancy 2 years ago I visited Wu's Day Spa multiple times and they were fantastic. This time however it wasn't the best experience. The massuse was running 15 min late for the appt and was the only person on site. At least 5 times, she had to leave the massage to answer the phone or the door. She didn't ask any questions about the pregnancy, what my areas of concern were or check in with my during the massage to make sure the pressure was OK or that I was comfortable. I tried to ask for an extra pillow but it seemed like she didn't understand my request. When she was using what I think were hot stones she asked if the heat was ok, I said it was too warm, but she continued anyway. It was an ok massage, but definitely won't be going back.
