Towels did not smell fresh. Disposable face sheet was not there. Table smelt old while lying face down breathing in for an hour.

Massage was interrupted about 4 times during the hour so the front counter could be attended. Staff did not talk much and expected you to know what to do or when to move onto the next part of the treatment - having never been before this was not acceptable. Free parking! Definitely worth it via Groupon!

I would like to suggest that during facials a hair band be applied to prevent product in hair, also during body scrub a shower cap be applied to prevent wetting of hair.

Very nice lady that did the massage. I did ask her to be more gentle and less pressure, but she didnt seem to understand and now my lower back feels bruised. The surroundings are very typical of local asian massage places with cheap decor and not a particularly clean look.

The lady who did my massage was clearly sick while she was doing it she kept having to leave the room and sniffing and sneezing then at the end of the appointment she threw up, if someone is sick they shouldn’t be touching other people’s bodies while sick because now I have woken up sick myself and I’m really not happy as now I have to take time off work
