It would be appropriate if staff introduce themselves specially to new clients. It is always good to know the name of the person who is treating you. It is a matter of professionalism and the right thing to do.

I was impressed! I had my sholder pain for over a week, an hour after the massage I felt so much better. And then the next day, I didn't feel that shoulder pain anymore. Thanks to guys!
