The lady who did my massage was clearly sick while she was doing it she kept having to leave the room and sniffing and sneezing then at the end of the appointment she threw up, if someone is sick they shouldn’t be touching other people’s bodies while sick because now I have woken up sick myself and I’m really not happy as now I have to take time off work

Bad experience here! We had a 120mins package of spa, massage then sauna. The spa was terrible we just sat in a massage chair where we submerged our feet in the foot spa and thinking they would scrub or massage your feet like normal they didn’t it was just that, then we had the hour massage which wasn’t great either was too sore told the masseuse to do it soft she did for a bit then went back to doing it hard. After that we were supposed to do the sauna but apparently didn’t work so they have us a voucher to come back and do the sauna another time.. very disappointed.

Massage was interrupted about 4 times during the hour so the front counter could be attended. Staff did not talk much and expected you to know what to do or when to move onto the next part of the treatment - having never been before this was not acceptable. Free parking! Definitely worth it via Groupon!

Please remind other therapists that people have paid good money to relax in this environment The therapist next to us and the client were laughing and talking loudly for their whole session Thankfully we managed ti get 15-20 mins of quiet time, but seriously, they should go catch up over a cup of coffee and make as much Noise as they like.. not during treatment times that interrupt others
