I usually love Celsius, however the Asian lady was not friendly, the tan felt rushed, not as dark as usual, usually I am offered the dryer to dry my tan afterwards, however she did it quickly then turned it off and put it away. Customer service could be improved.

I am going on a holiday tomorrow so asked for a dark tan. The lady said to leave the tan on for 2 hours and 3 if I want it ultra dark. I waited just over 3 hours so it would be super dark- just showered and I barely look “Sun kissed”. Looks like I haven’t even had a professional spray tan. Also, my tan is super streaky. I have lines all over my back and legs. I have never had a bad tan from Celsius, so I am super disappointed.

I was happy with the environment and the staff were friendly however after an eyebrow wax my eyebrows looked the exact same as going into the treatment . I have had good experiences with that service in the past at Celsius however this time was especially poor. Really disappointed.

I have always loved celcius and referred lots of friends there. Unfortunately the quality of service seems to be suffering. The staff are truly lovely and are always a delight to deal with (so well done), but unfortunately appointments always run late and overtime and treatments are inconsistent. The booking system of booking online should be an ease, but then texts messages follow asking you to ring back up and confirm appointments anyway? Making rhe online booking obsolete. Text msg would be easier. I then often get called again asking if i can move my appointments anyway and have to call back again and say that I cant due to work. Really difficult when you have a busy job to find time to step away at work and make multiple calls for what should be a quick booking. Id love to see some consistency with spray tans service. Sometimes I look tanned and other times like i havent been tanned at all. So i have started trying other places. Makeup is always 30 mins late. And staff always get called away or end up servicing more demanding customers and the polite ones get left waiting. Really difficult if you have planned your day based on an appointment time. I really like celcius and all the individual staff, but if it dosent improve then ill be trying other places and probably wont refer others. Goodluck

I was very disappointed with the whole experience. The girl who gave me the massage and facial seemed rather inexperienced, the massage bed/table squeaked with every move she made, the room was noisy and cramped, the lighting was too bright, etc etc. Not a place I would recommend to anyone.

After coming to Celcius for over 7 yrs, I will not be returning. Whilst I love the ladies who treat me, I find the way the salon manages me just doesn’t suit me anymore. I am tired of ALWAYS being kept waiting... resulting in me either not having all the treatments I planned so as to not mess up my other appointments that day, or me just being late for them I am tired of a surcharge to use my card!! Really??!!! I am tired of feeling awkward booking a XXX to a male who answers the phone I am tired of the beautician I thought I was having being switched without asking me first And today, I am tired of changing the time of my daughter and my booking (today- 20/12) ... with the male already mentioned... only to be told by the beautician that my full appointment wasn’t transferred over. There was only time for a few of the treatments. Why not tell me at the time of requesting the change in time? You’ve lost a long standing customer AND her daughter who too would have been a long standing customer for decades to come. But I suspect that the owners’ business acumen is such that the true impact of this loss will not even be acknowledged. So long, Celcius Regards Angela Catlett
