Staff are friendly and salon is nice but my skinny dark spray tan is not good! After 16 hour I am still white and there is a run in my thigh. I will now have to re-apply with self tanning mouse tonight. Less than happy!

A very lovely lady did my express spray tan for me. I received very friendly and welcoming reception and enjoyed her company very much. I believe that this lady is an asset to your business. My concern is that not enough training has been given to her re; Spray tans.

I was very disappointed to find that they were out of my usual colour so therefore I had to settle for a lighter colour. Difficult to judge application of spray tan because it was soooo light; to the point whereby I had to add self tan the next couple of night to achieved desired results (which sort of defeats the point of getting a spray tan in the first place.) This is the second tan in a row that I have not been happy with.

Unfortunately our more popular spray tan formulas run out quicker than the others, which is why the tan technician would have re-colour matched you based on her consult at the time of your appointment. The spray tan I received was not the depth of colour I wanted and lasted about 1 day. Certainly not value at $38. I would try an alternative salon next time. However the previous 3 tans I have had done have been excellent. Maybe just a one off poor experience?

I had a dark tan and the colour was so light. I had to do my own tan on top as it hardly developed after the 8 hours. Staff were super lovely and friendly. But unfortunately I was really disappointed with the actual tan itself. Application and evenness was good, but was soooooo light. Especially as it was meant to be the darkest colour. Also there are lots of tanning salons with far more competitive pricing

Our tan technicians perform a colour matching consult for each client and choose the colour based on the information gathered. This is by no means the darkest solutions we have, however you specified an 8hr tan was preferred and it was explained the express tan options have much darker colours.
