Rita was delightful and her service was absolutely flawless. My low score for treatment is due to the fact that almost didn't make it in the door! The staff member who 'greeted' me was just so rude. When she saw me she opened the door just a crack and said 'can I help you?' I said I had an appointment to which she replied 'spray tans are next door' at which point she rolled her eyes. I said I was getting a facial. Meanwhile I still hadn't been let in the door. I feel like she took one look at me and assumed I was in the wrong place and intruding on her space and her time. I was extremely relieved to discover she would not be the one giving me my facial!

I was a little disappointed that the consultant was not aware of the ongoing deal price for the laser package I bought last year. She did offer the special rate current promo for a full facial laser @ 29.00 which was fine but it would be nice to know the deal I entered into is actually being honoured. the treatment itself was fine and she was very aware of the isisue I had in the past with burning from the laser.

Hi I've had a few tans with you now and loved the winter glow. I had one last night and I'm really disappointed, as I was with the last one aswell. I am so orange. I loved winter glow as initially it was so natural. I'll be hesitant to go back again now after 2 or 3 bad experiences. Thea Duckworth

I've been to Celcius twice for waxing. The staff are very friendly and professional and I've been very happy with my experience there so far! Would definitely recommend them
