3rd time with a spray tan and I'm not happy. Feet and hands/under arms look terrible again. The second visit I was really happy with Amelia she did a great job, But I can't risk the embarrassment of a bad tan again so won't be returning.

I had been coming here for a few years for my facials and dermabrasions with Kim. I moved overseas but when I come home once a year, I always get a facial from Kim. Last March, I came back looking for Kim but she wasnt available. I needed an extraction done on my face and the front desk told me that another girl is specialised for it. I agreed. But I wish I didnt. I should have waited for Kim or not have anything done at all. The girl (cant remember her name) was nice and lovely. She said she does extractions all day. But she literally only spent less than 2 minutes doing extractions and didnt extract ANYTHING. The one thing I wanted extracted she touched once, but said "oh that thing is too hard". And she stopped and went ahead with the facial. I was going to ask her why she spent so little time doing the extractions part of the facial, but I thought she was going to keep going at some later stage. Really disappointing and what a waste of money. Could perhaps be my last visit.

I feel some of your tanning people take extra care when applying the tan, some don't, hence I am left with back of legs white or other patchy areas, some really apply the moisturiser to feet, ankles and wrists correctly, others do not and then I am left with dark stained wrists and ankles. Need to apply this myself to make sure it is done correctly. Also find I am left in cubicle standing waiting for quite some time before someone appears to spray me.

I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment only to have to wait an extra 20 minutes past my appointment time. Once in the booth, I was left waiting again whilst I could hear the girls outside talking about weekend plans and parties they would be attending. I love coming to Celcius for my tan's and have never considered looking elsewhere until now. I have also never ever complained for service I've received, no matter how bad. But this really upset me. I felt like an inconvenience.

I'm rather disappointed with the xxx wax I received. A lot of spots were missed and for the time it took i expected more.
