My eyebrows don’t look any different to how they were prior to brow and skin tint. I advised the beautician, but she said it was the natural look, and she had already done them twice.

I’ve come here for spray tans a few times now and my most recent visit last week was very disappointing. The spray gun wasn’t working well and the staff member had to change it out half way through. After changing it, she still had issues with the gun. I was immediately worried my tan would come out blotchy or uneven because she had to go over certain areas several times. The end result was that I couldn’t tell I even had a spray tan. I asked to be very dark without looking organge and chose a color I’ve had before that worked well for my skin. I ended up wasting $45 on a spray tan that I couldn’t even tell I got done. I left the next day on a holiday so I didn’t have time to go back and see if they would give me another one. I would consider going back if they refunded my money or offered to give me a future tan for free...

I had an express tan on Monday and was extremely dissapointed AGAIN!!..I had a medium and stressed the fact that I had a function the next day and had to model. I said in the past my tans never developed as dark as required. After 5 hours I noticed that the colour had not darkened and sections on legs and arms were still white. I showered and was left almost white so applied my own self tan. Next morning the colour was better but showered again and applied more self tan to finally get the colour required. I will never return and would not recommend your salon to friends.

I have been to Celcius for a massage on numerous occasions previously and have never had a problem. I booked in for a 1 hour massage last week. I arrived at 11.30 and was taken to the room to undress and lay on the table (it was cold - I had to turn the electric blanket on) to wait for the massage therapist. I waited 25 minutes. I could hear her talking to her waxing client in the next room the entire time. The massage therapist ran into the room (literally) at 11.55am and apologised for running late saying that someone had quit that day. However, I was called the day prior and asked to change my appointment time from 11am to 11.30am and given the same reason, so i'm not sure how that related on the day given that the time had already been changed. At no time before or during the massage was I asked about the pressure or any sore spots - something which i've always been asked during other massages and at Celcius. The therapist did give me a gift pack of dermalogica products (which I don't use) as an apology. Given that I was looking forward to my massage, I was quite disappointed and upset, not to mention it did not alleviate any stress. I've never had a problem with Celcius before, but felt this service to be very poor.

I love you guys for tans, will never go anywhere else. Just had lashes done which were meant to last 4 days, i woke up with clumps of then having fallen out OVERNIGHT. Not to mention i was left for half an hour waiting for my Appointment and when it did start was interrupted multiple times for non work related tasks. Very glad i won't be using your salon services again

The quality of your product is one of the best in Adelaide, and it was great to have pictures in the salon of high profile customers - clearly Celcius has a great customer base. However, I was dissapointed that I had to wait 40 minutes just to get a spray tan. Also, I love dogs, but i was not a fan of the dog that was in the waiting room jumping over everyone. I understand that this is the owners dog, but seriously - having dog slobber all over you before a spray tan is not the best. A lot of the girls in the waiting room shared the same view. Further to this, I have spoken to girls outside the salon who all say the same "great tan - but not willing to deal with the dog!"
