I have always loved celcius and referred lots of friends there. Unfortunately the quality of service seems to be suffering. The staff are truly lovely and are always a delight to deal with (so well done), but unfortunately appointments always run late and overtime and treatments are inconsistent. The booking system of booking online should be an ease, but then texts messages follow asking you to ring back up and confirm appointments anyway? Making rhe online booking obsolete. Text msg would be easier. I then often get called again asking if i can move my appointments anyway and have to call back again and say that I cant due to work. Really difficult when you have a busy job to find time to step away at work and make multiple calls for what should be a quick booking. Id love to see some consistency with spray tans service. Sometimes I look tanned and other times like i havent been tanned at all. So i have started trying other places. Makeup is always 30 mins late. And staff always get called away or end up servicing more demanding customers and the polite ones get left waiting. Really difficult if you have planned your day based on an appointment time. I really like celcius and all the individual staff, but if it dosent improve then ill be trying other places and probably wont refer others. Goodluck

The products I wanted to redeem on were not in stock. The staff took an extensive amount of time trying to process the purchases and payment on the computer, I have been charged for the deposit and purchases on the credit card and I only wanted to spend as close to $90 (cost of service) on products as possible. I was that impressed with the make up application....have had much better before.

Jessica was exceptionally professional, friendly and provided excellent advice. I had not been colour matched before and I was pleased with the colour. The result of the tan was very good however, it didn’t take so well on my legs which is a usual problem. I was wearing a long gown so it wasn’t an issue this time.

Lovely clean space. Had a light tan done and so far so good not too dark not too light. Will be back.
