At first I booked with someone else to do my hair, but they expressed that they believed Hung would be able to fit the criteria of the hair style I was going for. This was a really great start to my appointment because it showed me how they really care about their clients and hair. My hair was quite a complicated look as I was going for the calico hair look. However, hung totally exceeded my expectations. He made sure i understood what he was doing to my hair by explaining each and every step and why it was occurring. Not only that, he created a safe environment and conversed on me whilst making sure I was doing alright through the appointment. Whilst my hair was resting and bleaching hung was also cutting and bleaching other clients hair which takes a lot of energy. So I really, really appreciate his hard work on my hair even though he was tired. I’ll definitely recommend this hair salon to anyone I know. I also want to thank everyone for being really sweet in complementing my hair as well as, washing my hair and making this experience as best as possible!!! :)

Booked in for wash and blow dry. All staff super friendly I think I had about 5 people say hello to me and if anyone came to talk to stylist during my appointment they said hello to me too. Warm atmosphere, good products. Annabelle gave me some tips on how to practice a blow out at home, and did an amazing job on my style never had so much volume in my life. Big hair, big smiles x
