After trimming my own hair for several years, I decided I needed a new look. I found Billie Jean online through its good rating and I have to say: My experience could not have been better. From the moment I walked in I was taken care of and put at ease. During the consultation process, Claire-Louise asked considered questions to help determine a new style that was right for me. She also explained each of the products used during the session and how/when to use them, helping me gain an appreciation for what they were and how to continue to have great hair days outside of the salon. Extremely impressed with the service and my new haircut! Will absolutely be coming back next time - I've found my new local.
