My FAV Hairdresser was sick and that happens but thank you so so much Heidi for stepping in. My hair health and cut is wonderful, I'm still getting use to my colour change.

I was very happy with the friendly staff. The therapist who did the earrings was very friendly but above all listened to my experience (a bad one!) and my questions. There was also a take home leaflet which was detailed and instructive.

Please do away with an answering machine for appointments. When I have time to ring for an appointment I like to be answered then and there as often it is inconvenient to take calls later, especially as we have such poor coverage with mobile phones in our area. I do like the reply yes for appointment reminders but again please do it at least 2 days before so I know I will get the reminder here. Otherwise the service is good and friendly while being professional.
