I have been going to Cocos for at least 26 years and I have always enjoyed the experience and the results! The salon is calm and comfortable and the staff are warm, caring and professional. The stylists are attentive, well trained,creative and abreast of the latest trends but most importantly they listen and are always open to suggestions. I always leave the salon feeling pampered and pleased with my fresh look!

I've only just started going to Coco's since my partner bought me a voucher for my first visit. He saw an ad of yours in my Adelaide Hills Magazine, we are in a long distance relationship and he thought it would be a great gift since i just moved to the hills. I've been 3 times now and already have my 4th appointment booked in a couple of weeks. The service from all the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The professional knowledge and manner your addressed with is also exceptional. Will be a long term customer most definatly.

My experience is always wonderful, I feel really valued and the staff are extremely polite, warm & professional. I was looked after by at least 4 different staff at different stages today; all consistent in their quality of service. My only piece of constructive feedback is that my appointment often starts late. When I'm seated in the salon (opposed to waiting in the foyer area) with a magazine & a drink I don't mind this as much, however. Perhaps just explaining how long I might need to wait could be helpful in case I need to rearrange my day in any way. Overall I am extremely happy with the salon. It feels like a relaxing and indulgent treat every time I go.

I have been coming to Cocos Hair & Day Spa for the last 4 - 5 years (I think) and always look forward to my appointments. It is always a great & relaxing experience in nice serene surroundings and I have never been unhappy with the service or end results. A couple of years ago I used to have my appointments on a Friday after work and thought it was fantastic to be offered a glass of wine while having my hair cut, really adds to the whole experience. I also have to say that Lucy is just wonderful with the way she greets you by name and makes you feel like a VIP client. I continue to highly recommend Cocos to family & friends.
