My experience is always wonderful, I feel really valued and the staff are extremely polite, warm & professional. I was looked after by at least 4 different staff at different stages today; all consistent in their quality of service. My only piece of constructive feedback is that my appointment often starts late. When I'm seated in the salon (opposed to waiting in the foyer area) with a magazine & a drink I don't mind this as much, however. Perhaps just explaining how long I might need to wait could be helpful in case I need to rearrange my day in any way. Overall I am extremely happy with the salon. It feels like a relaxing and indulgent treat every time I go.

I have been coming to Cocos Hair & Day Spa for the last 4 - 5 years (I think) and always look forward to my appointments. It is always a great & relaxing experience in nice serene surroundings and I have never been unhappy with the service or end results. A couple of years ago I used to have my appointments on a Friday after work and thought it was fantastic to be offered a glass of wine while having my hair cut, really adds to the whole experience. I also have to say that Lucy is just wonderful with the way she greets you by name and makes you feel like a VIP client. I continue to highly recommend Cocos to family & friends.

Cocos is a special place. The environment and the service is top notch. The staff are brilliant, friendly and warm and treat you with kindness and respect. Not your average salon that's for sure.

I have been having monthly facials for almost 2 years, as well as occasional half-day spas (amazing) and Cocos has consistently been a wonderful blend of nurturing, relaxing and professional services Always welcoming, never pretentious. Aveda has an excellent product range and philosophy. Anika, the manager of the day spa, is a gem. A highly recommended experience.
