Danielle is a very pleasant 2nd year apprentice who is very helpful, cheerful and communicates well so she can give the best individualised service to each client. Thank you for a lovely head massage and hair wash. Heidi, as always, listens to what you want and knows if your hair is suitable for the style you choose or she suggests. She listens to how you feel personally about what makes you feel comfortable in length and style.
