Booked for an eyebrow wax & tint, was asked what colour I wanted and warned staff member that my hair tinted very quickly, she then left it on for ages (while I sat there praying she knew what she was doing) and I ended up with black eyebrows which I had specifically asked not to happen. She then used tint remover and while I was ok with the final result, not happy she didn't listen in the first place. She also completely missed the wax but by that stage I wasn't going to complain anymore I just wanted to get out of there.

Always absolutly beautoful experience and results! I aore Coco's. I travel interstate to get my hair done here now... there's no better salon for Blonde!
