I am so pleased I received this survey after my appointment today because I was actually going to call Heidi & personally give her some feedback. I ALWAYS experience such wonderful, personalised service but today was especially wonderful because I walked in feeling absolutely terrible (due to a really bad haircut elsewhere). I felt physically sick but from moment I walked through the door and was welcomed by Annie, to the combined service I received from Ty, Laura, Rachel (& sorry one other girl but I can't remember her name!). They are all such lovely, personable girls who are a credit to Cocos. They made me feel so at ease and in good hands. Between the 4 of them this amazingly smooth production process was underway making me feel human again. Thank you so much for your amazing service girls you make a brilliant GLAM SQUAD!!! x Now I just need a massage ;)
