Was a little disappointed to hear that a chest wax was only a chest wax and it'd be more for my stomach, generally a chest wax is the front and if it is to be more you'd say something before you started, not halfway through! Then I was to be attempted to be short changed 20$ with my change, when questioned It was corrected. But that's why they put erasers on the ends of pencils I guess?

I haven’t answered the first and last questions because they are irrelevant to me. If my daughter visits from USA then of course I will book her in at Axis. As to how charming the salon is, that’s secondary to the quality of service - which was top notch.

Although service and ambiance is really is good i think there should be more skill or knowledge in mens hair cut.clearly mentioned what cut i need and showed some pictures to get what i was saying but didn’t get the outcome i was expecting.

The work is great but the customers service is average i think i got two words out of the girl who served me hi and bye, soeta exepcted a how was ypur day or got much on on the weekend didnt make the experience a welcoming one..

We are normally very happy with service at Axis, however my daughter and I had our hair done for an event on Saturday, we had our hair curled using GHD. By the time our event was on my daughters curls were completely gone mine were still there but only on the sides/ front. It took a lot of time to get our hair done which would be why it was so expensive $170 for both, but it ended up being a waste of money. I feel we could have been given better advice to either not go for curls or get our hair done later in the day, or perhaps use more hair product.

I was not happy as the hairdresser was running late and did not even apologise. I had an appointment for beauty treatment which I did not get. The beautician was running late but did not have the courtesy to come over and speak to me and so I left. Very dissatisfied after being long standing client
