I love my new colour, however wasn't told that a dry off would cost me an extra $9 as it wasn't a styled blowdry. Was also told the treatment was $5 not $8. Please inform customers of pricing prior to treatments.

I visit Axis for leg waxing. The staff are always pleasant and their waxing is good. The charge is the best in town!

I can not personally fault the service, experience and friendliness of the staff at my local salon Axis Hair & Beauty, at Frewville. I would like to comment on the wonderful idea, that you recognise your regular customers and give out free gift vouchers for birthday's and Christmas! This is really appreciated because as a customer who likes to have her hair done every 5 -6 weeks and usually spends at least $148, that this is a tremendous marketing idea! By the way the coffee and massage chair is fabulous too! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! From a very satisfied customer!!! :-)
