I have changed the colour of my hair to a deeper red recently with the encouragement of the staff and consistently get feedback from people I meet that this colour really suits me. i am very happy with the cuts I get their too and advise on how to maintain healthy hair.

I have been visiting this salon for 7 years. I find the staff friendly, helpful and capable. I find staff turnover a bit of a problem, but feel that the current hairdresser is doing a good job. The new apprentice needs a bit more experience at washing hair without putting water down your back, but I am sure this will improve with time.

I have been going to Axis for many years and have recommended others to it. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Prior to and when I lost my hair (chemotherapy), they were very understanding and Amanda (owner) provided exceptional service. They provide very good value for money.

At last I have found a salon that provides excellent service and comfortable seats as well! Thank you for your understanding, your solutions and quietly, professional approach. My first visit made me feel quite welcome and I recommend the salon to those of us who are turned off by pompous attitudes! Well done.
