I usually have a chinwax but last time a few hairs were removed around my lips and I think I was overcharged for that - I paid a total of $27 for the total waxing.

I have changed the colour of my hair to a deeper red recently with the encouragement of the staff and consistently get feedback from people I meet that this colour really suits me. i am very happy with the cuts I get their too and advise on how to maintain healthy hair.

I have been visiting this salon for 7 years. I find the staff friendly, helpful and capable. I find staff turnover a bit of a problem, but feel that the current hairdresser is doing a good job. The new apprentice needs a bit more experience at washing hair without putting water down your back, but I am sure this will improve with time.

I have been going to Axis for many years and have recommended others to it. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Prior to and when I lost my hair (chemotherapy), they were very understanding and Amanda (owner) provided exceptional service. They provide very good value for money.

the hairdressing skills are excellent and the colour and styling techniques suit me well and make me feel confident as I age!!!
