one of the newer ladies treated me today. She has a thick American accent. the quality of this clinic has SEVERELY declined since they removed the girls doing my sessions at the start of the year. It is honestly so disappointing that I've spent over 2k on laser treatment, and yes, I am seeing results, though the service is disgusting. every time I am told I will be booked with the same person, then I show up to my next appointment, and there's a different person. it's so embarrassing that almost the entire team have seen my entire body, which makes me feel so uncomfortable. imagine you're in my shoes: as a person who wears the headscarf, I am supposed to conceal my body for myself and when needed for medical treatment. However, I am being exposed to multiple individuals, and they don't even suggest booking me with the same person. This clinic has a lack of communication. When trying to rebook, it's some random guy who fails to adhere to basic communication skills, and it's so uncomfortable talking to him, knowing that I could feel so much more comfortable just talking to a woman over the phone in regards to my laser concerns. My friends and sister have stopped coming to your clinic because of how appealing the atmosphere is. I am genuinely expecting reimbursement for this session: the lady with the thick American accent did not say a word to me the entire session and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Props to Alissa and Meryem for being amazing staff (though Alissa does not work there anymore. Shame). Ever since the beginning of June, your business has crumbled. Do better. You hire new staff yet barely train them on anything; they can't even do their job properly and look so clueless. I've been doing my laser so long at this clinic that there have been almost six different staff who've done my laser, and Meryem seems to only be doing her job properly. She's very switched on and makes me feel so incredibly comfortable and safe.

Appointments keep rescheduling last minute. It was very hard to reach out through the phone. Not the same therapist do the treatment, different therapists do the treatment differently and provide different recommendations. One therapist increased the temperature and my body was over heated, had to stop the treatment 6 mins before once and 11 mins before the 30 minute treatment time in the last appointment. The owner and the therapist recommended doing 2 treatments per week and another therapist said it’s not recommended and need to do one treatment per week. Tried to contact the owner to discuss my bad experience but couldn’t get through. The clinic is short staffed, the therapists walk out in the middle of treatments to attend other clients.

Worst customer care , just care about money. Once you purchase the package, they just keep canceling appointments. Not consistent with the treatment. Different therapist do it on their own way. Each of them have entire different recommendations. Worst of all , no way of contacting them. Not answering the phone or returning to the messages and voice mail. Worst of worst. Extremely disappointed
