Staff are always friendly and professional. Appointments at the salon are always a very pleasant experience. The only thing that I can fault with the salon is that I find the chairs are quite uncomfortable after a lengthy appointment - such as a colour treatment. Thank you to staff who always go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
