I came for a touch up on my eyebrows. I waited in excess of 2 hours and by that stage the numbing cream completely wore off. The "professional" eyebrow tattooist told me that the numbing cream only wears off after they wipe it. This was my second eyebrow tattoo and I was in agony! To make matters worse she plucked my eyebrows and now I have bald patches where the tattoo hasn't taken. I had to return three days later because the eyebrows were uneven ... this time around no pain on my left eyebrow which was at least evened out. I pointed out that the tattoo hadn't worked on my right eyebrow and I was concerned and I was told I would have to pay for a "touch up" in 4 weeks. Well I'm sorry ... I disagree! I didn't have this issue the first time around but now I'm VERY disappointed and have already called to reschedule to repair the right eyebrow refer attached photo. I don't recommend this new tattooist at all however will ask to have my right brow "fixed" and I won't be returning to your clinic in future for further eyebrow tattooing.

Brilliant all round, but a suggestion possibly to have slightly more relaxing music... especially whilst experiencing a facial... perhaps some kind of meditation music or something?! But either way everyone was lovely and my experience there for the first time was so good i booked in the very next day for a different treatment and brought my partner along also as she will definitely use your services. Thanks girls 😆

Loved my experience, only thing I would change was the music as I found it hard to relax with rnb/hiphop
