First of all, just because I bought my treatment off Groupon, it doesn't mean the service should be skimped on; if anything - you should be busting your guts over providing a fantastic service so I come back. At the moment I have very problematic skin so I would have been a repeat customer however...my WHOLE treatment (including "I'm just going to leave you here for ten minutes with this $30 crappy mask on" and the little talk you get beforehand about your skincare regime) lasted 30 minutes only. I've had many microdermabrasion's before and the suction wand has lasted a minimum of 40 minutes on its own. The pawpaw mask which I felt obliged to 'buy' was absolute crap! Crap product for a crappy bottle which was just a waste of money and a pure scam to get a product sell. I will not be returning at all and definitely will not be telling anyone about your store. So disappointed.
