I bought 4 treatments with smart laser. When I went for my appointment I found out that they voided one of my treatment cause I did not answer to their call or text message. Now the problem is that the date they were trying to call I was overseas. I don't remember booking for that day as I knew I was going away fir two months. Very disappointed
