I had my hair cut appointment booked in 2 months in advance for 9am. When I arrived at the salon it was like they didn't know I was coming. I was not expected. Someone showed me where to sit. I sat down 9.05am, someone came and put a towel over my shoulders and said someone will be with me shortly. After a couple of minutes I was offered a drink which I received promptly. I then sat in the chair and waited and watched how everyone in the salon was being looked after but no one paid any attention to me. My hairdresser arrived 9.37am perhaps without realising she was late(?), nothing was said. I didn't need my hair washed. I have fair and fine hair and needed a simple blunt trim - my haircut took 3 minutes. I timed it. The hairdresser was however lovely, she offered me quick straightening with a hairdryer which took another 3 minutes. I paid full price ($59.95) for this. Considering all of this, I don't think the fee is fair for what I got and how I was treated as a paying customer. I feel that I was not important and my time is not valuable. I am beyond shocked.

Very friendly front of house /management lady . She arranged an appointment within 1/2 an hour . Extremely quick as it was a busy Friday afternoon. My stylist was ( Samuel) he was very kind and professional. Samual is vey gifted as a hairdresser . Styled my hair exactly as I requested. I also asked for advice about my hair colour , he was very helpful.

Everyone in the salon is lovely, from the apprentices through to the most senior staff; the treat you like a VIP.
