Jenna was amazing. She took the time to explain why she was suggesting certain things so I could make the best choices whilst still keeping in mind that I had a bit of a time limit on my appointment in order to go pick up my kids. She somehow made the experience feel relaxing, unrushed and still I was finished 30 minutes earlier than I expected!

I would love a breakdown of what I paid for, just so I can know for next time if I want to get the shampoo or hairspray! Also Dan is amazing and it’s amazing to finally have someone I feel excited about to come see!

Highly recommend Podium Hair & Beauty! My stylist, Courtney is excellent - she listens to what I want at each appointment without assuming what I want, makes suggestions when necessary and is simply brilliant at her job. She takes pride in her work and always has a smile on her face. The salon environment is lovely with all the staff friendly and nothing is too much to ask. I'm very proud to be a client and will continue to go to Podium whilst in Townsville. Excellent salon all round.
