My first "Townsville" hair cut after moving from Sydney. Kelly was wonderful and actually listened to me. (No thinning scissors, Don't cut my hair off,lol!) Kelly was patient, looked at my pictures and spent time discussing my options. Thanks to Vicki also for the "Cloud Nine Straightener" mini lesson on how to use it to it's full potential (I want one!). I'm the queen of "Products" but Kelly introduced me to De Lorenzo "Instant Restructurant Spray" for my knotted damaged hair. Brilliant stuff...Highly Recommend!
