Comment
The lady who was looking after me, was 15 minutes late to my appointment, didn’t apologise for being late. Didn’t speak to me at all throughout the appointment, and continually missed patches, I kept advising her she missed sections of my wax, to which she looked visibly burdened by my correction. When paying for a service I expect it to be done, delays happen which is no issue, it was how it was dealt with and no regard for my time.
