I visited today 1 week after my annual Sculptra treatment to have some Botox, many thanks to Dr Ingrid Tall and the staff who always make me feel so welcome. Your experience, knowledge and professional care with genuine warmth always makes my experience a good one. And I love the results. Many thanks.

I had booked a follow up appointment back in October (the day I finished my first appointment)for my cosmetic tattooing and was given a confirmation card on that occasion for an appointment on 28th November 2014 at 12pm. When I arrived last Friday - there was nothing in the book for me. The lady at the reception desk (I think it was Robyn or a name similar) spoke to Janice (who was supposed to leave at 12 that day) Janice asked if I could re-schedule for 19th December, however I will be away on holidays from 18th for three weeks so could not defer my booking. Janice kindly stayed to complete the work for me and I was extremely appreciative of that fact. Robyn explained she was on leave when I initially attended the clinic and a relief person was doing the job and perhaps that's how the booking had gotten mixed up. Then when I walked outside to pay, the receptionist tried to charge me $400 (initial consultation price) instead of $50 for the follow up consultation. Robyn was on lunch so it was a different receptionist who tried to charge me the incorrect fee and in fact it was the same lady I had seen on my initial visit who had (it appears) mucked up my booking. This was a younger lady but I can't recall her name.
